About Fred Jones

I have been a resident of Port Orange for the past 35 years having moved from my home town of State College, Pennsylvania to the Sunshine State. It was here that I met my wonderful wife Mary Pat who I have been married to for 34 years. We have been very fortunate to be able to raise three great boys in this wonderful community of Port Orange, taking advantage of the great schools and the many recreational activities that the area has to offer.

My experience for the past 15 years in real estate financing both commercial and residential has provided a working knowledge of the local real estate market. The many contacts and relationships that I have established in related services such as appraisers, surveyors, title companies and mortgage lenders allows me to help my clients through a smooth transaction whether buying or selling. Member of Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors.
